How we handle your information
Who we are
Kaanha Tech is a trading name of White Lions Group Pty Ltd (ABN 45 639 021 944), an Australian private company based in Melbourne, Victoria. For anything in this policy, contact us at hi@kaanha.tech.
What we collect
The only personal information this website collects is what you submit through the audit request form: your name, work email, company, role, and the optional details you choose to add (company size, industry, the operational problem you describe, systems used, desired outcome, timeline, budget range, and preferred contact method).
This website does not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or cookies. Video and font files are served without identifying you.
How we use it
We use your submission for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to run that engagement. We do not sell personal information, share it with advertisers, or add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in our own customer-relationship system, operated by Kaanha Tech on our own infrastructure. Access is limited to the team members who handle enquiries.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hi@kaanha.tech and we will respond promptly. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Client project data
Data we access during client engagements is governed by the engagement contract, not this policy. Ownership of client data, workflows, and business logic is defined in each agreement, in the client's favour.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated date.
