Kaanha Tech is a trading name of White Lions Group Pty Ltd, a company registered in Australia. This page describes how we handle information collected via the kaanha.tech website.

What we collect

• Enquiry form submissions. When you send us a message, we store your name, email address, optional company name, and the contents of your message.
• Newsletter subscriptions. If you subscribe, we store your email address and the page you subscribed from.
• Agent conversations. Messages you send to the agent on the homepage are sent to Google Gemini to generate a reply. We do not store transcripts in this version. Your IP address is used only momentarily in memory to rate-limit abuse; it is never written to our database or our logs.

What we do not collect

• We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking pixel.
• We do not share data with advertising networks.
• We do not persist IP addresses or visitor fingerprints.

Where your data goes

Enquiries and subscriptions are stored in a Postgres database hosted on Railway, whose infrastructure may be located outside Australia. Messages you send to the homepage agent are processed by Google (Gemini) and may be handled on servers outside Australia. By using those features you consent to that overseas processing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and subscriptions only as long as we reasonably need them to respond to you and run the studio. You can ask us to delete your data at any time using the contact form, and we will.
