Hardware & Device Repair.

Broken screens, dead batteries, slow machines — fixed properly.

The problem

Your team's devices break. Screens crack, batteries swell, storage fills up, machines slow down. Every hour a device is out of commission is an hour of lost work — and most repair shops either take too long or cut corners.

What we do

We handle hardware repair across phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops:

·

Screen replacements — phones, tablets, and laptops

·

Battery replacements — swollen, degraded, or dead

·

Storage and memory upgrades — SSDs, RAM, capacity expansions

·

Diagnostics — component-level fault finding when the problem is not obvious

·

Data recovery — from failing drives, water-damaged devices, and bricked machines

We also do fleet work for small businesses — if you have 10 machines that all need the same update or repair, we handle it as a batch.

How we are different

We are an IT company that happens to do repairs, not a repair shop that claims to understand IT. That means we understand your broader setup — your network, your backups, your MDM — and we repair with that context in mind.

Pricing

Most repairs are quoted upfront after a quick diagnostic. Typical range is AUD 80–500 depending on the device and the job. No-fix-no-fee on most hardware faults.

FAQ

Common
questions.

How long does a typical repair take?

Most phone and laptop screen replacements are same-day or next-day. More complex diagnostics or part-sourcing jobs can take 2–5 business days.

Do you use genuine parts?

Where available, yes. For older devices where genuine parts are discontinued, we use high-quality aftermarket parts and tell you upfront.

Can you come to our office?

For fleet work or businesses with multiple devices, yes — we do on-site visits. For individual repairs, drop-off is usually faster for everyone.
