Yes — we run the new system in parallel with the old one until every number matches. No big-bang cutover, no surprises.
Do we need a data warehouse if we are small?
Not always. Sometimes a well-structured Postgres database and a Metabase instance is enough. We scope to your actual needs, not to what sounds impressive.
What about real-time data?
We build real-time pipelines when the use case justifies it — sensor data, live dashboards, streaming analytics. But most businesses need reliable daily batches first.
