IT Support & Managed Services.

Your tech team on call — without the overhead of hiring one.

The problem

Small businesses outgrow the "one person who knows computers" model fast. Printers stop working, email goes down, a new hire needs a laptop configured, and suddenly someone who is supposed to be doing sales is debugging a VPN connection.

What we do

We act as your IT department — either fully outsourced or as a supplement to an in-house person who is stretched too thin:

·

Helpdesk — phone, email, and remote support for your team's day-to-day tech issues

·

On-site visits — when remote cannot solve it, we come to you

·

User onboarding and offboarding — new hire gets a configured machine and accounts on day one; a leaver has everything revoked the same day

·

Patch management — keeping your systems and software up to date

·

Monitoring and alerting — we watch your critical systems so problems are caught before your team notices

·

Vendor liaison — we talk to your ISP, your SaaS vendors, and your printer company so you don't have to

How it works

Most clients start with a monthly retainer. We scope the size of your team, the complexity of your setup, and the level of support you need, then quote a flat monthly fee. No per-ticket billing surprises.

Pricing

Monthly retainers typically range from AUD 1,000–5,000 depending on team size and scope. Includes remote and on-site support, monitoring, and patch management.

FAQ

Common
questions.

What are your response times?

Critical issues (system down, security incident) within 1 hour. Standard requests within 4 business hours. We track and report on response times monthly.

Do you support Macs and PCs?

Both. We also support mixed environments, which is most Australian offices in practice.

Can you support remote workers?

Yes — remote support is a core part of what we do. VPN configuration, remote desktop, cloud app support, and shipping configured hardware to remote staff.
